Redlight was unbeatable in HS shootouts. Peters is taught by Redlight in the offseason. Pupil emulates Master.

Lost it as well. This has to be maybe the most disappointing DIII hockey broadcast that I can remember. Awful.:mad: The only thing that I am pleased with is NU with its squad of so many new young faces went toe to toe with by all I have heard a much improved Middlebury team that has had some rough sledding these past few years. :) Time to focus on UWS and then back to work in the ECAC-E. Good job to both teams. From what I saw (a period and a hallf) Vermont is well represented by both clubs.:)

If the Primelink is to continue being the premiere D3 tournament in the country, it needs to have premiere webcast. I am sure that there will be several tounaments over Thanksgiving and Christmas that will have webcasts that give those on the web a high quality viewing experience. But not the Primelink this year.

Don't like the shootout. I wish the NCAA would at least make the OT 10 minutes. (So should the NHL - too many shootouts in the NHL - it's a cute gimmick, but should only be a rarity) A shoot out is like playing one extra inning in baseball and then deciding the game with a home run derby.

So as far as the NCAA tourney selection criteria is concerned, tonight's Middlebury/Norwich result is a tie, correct?

The stats will show it as a tie. The shootout is only to see who plays in the championship game of the primelink
