Kennedy sited the financial times over and over again as having documented Ukraine's involvement in 2016. Morning Joe had someone from the financial times on this morning and they can't figure out what he is talking about.

My appreciation of higher education took a major hit today when I was told Kennedy graduated from Oxford.
