For being people who whine that "libs never think freely, they need to get out of their echo chamber," the Right sure do provide a safe place to narrowly focus on key topics, and helpfully provide zero documentation to back up their talking points...

Fortunately, most of mine know d@mn well that none of us really want to hear their opinions, so we usually manage to get through a few events a year without incident.

Tonight my grandfather said something about "times changing" and my uncle said, "Not our fault the Democrats are nuts."

I'm proud that no one bit the cheap artificial lure. :)

The difference between 17, 18, and 19:

In 17 we needled the Dumpies because it was funny.

In 18 we harangued the Dumpies because we were angry.

In 19 we say nothing because we've written them off.

Broadcast TV in the US also does the same. Only now with 24 hr programming and cable TV, they don't have a sign-off/on anthem presentation anymore.

Make TV sign-off at night again!

Mookie recalls ch11 doing so around 130a sat nights after scary theatre.

Having it at 6p and 8a would be splendid
