The only way to do this is non-violently. If there's violence then we stay together in a repeat of 1861, with the same idiots causing it and losing, for basically the same reasons (backwards culture and economy).

If CA went WA and OR would go with them. And if the US lost that many sane EV then New England-New York would have to go too.
We'd wind up with two coastal blue countries and a gigantic red cesspool between them. Nobody needs that. That remaining rump US would be at war constantly. Smash and Grab for Christ would be its entire economy. Serbia with nukes.

A “Pacific Republic” with California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington, and Hawaii would be a huge juggernaut. I’d love to include Alaska in it personally but, well, people here are stupid.
