I gotta admit...that one made me kind of laugh. Beyond the fact that it would be pretty easy to tell the fake ballots from real ones (the barcodes and various lower level candidates alone would make it very tough to pull off) just the idea that the Chinese would store them in barns...not secure facilities but just random barns around the state is just the perfect type of crazy for Michelle Bachman.

Couldn’t the company that already makes them in jhina just run off however many needed ‘fake’ ones and ship them to the barn :D

No because the barcode wouldn't work. And even if they did say get the barcode for me so they could use it...all the fake ballot would do is offset my already filed ballot. 1 would be counted and one would not. Since they would be complete duplicates it wouldnt be counted twice. In fact my in person ballot would supersede the fake ballot anyways.

For this scam to work the Chinese would need to not only print the ballot but hack the system so that the barcodes are A) legitimate and differentiated (no duplicates) and B) are linked to a registered voter. They would also need to fake the signatures and the 4 digit code that goes with each one. (which is either last 4 of SS# or last 4 of ID) If those numbers dont match it is automatically not counted and same with the signatures.

Long story short...the scam would work better if they were trying to flip people's votes or completely invalidate them. Me having a bunch of votes out there with my name on them might lead to me being purged from the system. Of course someone still has to sign the ballot and once it doesn't match me that ballot will be thrown out.

Pence today also told the press that a quick confirmation of a 9th justice is necessary because the American people DESERVE a court with 9 justices. Well, if they deserve a court with 9 justices, doesn't their excuse shifting now (both the president and the senate belong to the same party, a condition not present when Obama nominated Garland) sound like more hypocrisy? If the American people deserve a court with 9 justices, they deserve a court with 9 justices, it doesn't matter which party controls either the Senate or the White House. God d am n I fvcking hate republicans. Full on, deep down in my heart, with the heat of a thousand suns HATE republicans. You can all die slowly, suffering in front of your loved ones and then rot in Hell for the rest of eternity.

and yes, I'm probably as off the fvcking rails as much as Chuck anymore, but this madness foisted on us by 35-40% of the population has to stop.

They do not care. They will say and do anything to maintain their hold on power. If what they said today contradicts what they said yesterday, that's just business. if what they said yesterday contradicts what they say today, same.

They do not care. You seem to think they are playing by some sort of rules, or norms, of how things are supposed to go. The rules and norms are what they say they are.

"They", meaning Republicans. Democrats must play by the rules and norms. The rules and norms being what Republicans say they are.

See, if Democrats win the House, Senate and Presidency next year, they absolutely cannot end the filibuster, or add justices to the Supreme Court. Those things are against the rules. The rules as set by the Republicans. Republicans are free to pack courts or end filibusters whenever they want to. Cause those are the rules. As set by Republicans.
