As I already pointed out, the loser you adore has quite the track record of failing to meet his promises.

Where was that 6% economic growth, anyway? "Should be easy".

Chuck's getting an awful lot of action for using nothing but lead sinkers.

Yeah, it got boring after the first jokes and comics that hit like well, a lead balloon so I blocked it. Someone pays actual American dollars for a human or bad AI at the Babylon Bee to come up with Conservative "Humor"

Given the number of conservative judges out there, and the number of “r’s” involved, this can only be a hit job from within.

Or he is more guilty than not.

Sucks to worship such a loser.

Of all the insane things I've read, "He's only guilty of being too open about draining the swamp.", takes the cake.

In all seriousness, because there are many places in which the official portraits of US presidents appear, like the White House and history text books, Dump's should be his mugshot, with the Fulton County Sherriff's Office symbol included.

"Peaceful, patriotic protest" is some kind of bonkers gaslilghting.

But then, most traitors are patriots in their own minds.

What happens if a former president is still living but isn't... uh.. available to unveil his portrait?

Trial date for the 1/6/21 indictments set for March 4th, 2024. Defense is whining about volume of discovery, literally yelling in court. Judge Chutkan having none of it. Then Lauro says he will not be able to provide adequate defense representation. So the message here is they're going to more or less punt on the trial itself and focus heavily on delays and then appeals after a likely conviction.

Then they should probably stop the other lawyer from repeatedly going on TV and saying "we don't need time to prepare, we have to truth!".

You can't demand a speedy trial and scream about being rushed in the same breath, unless of course you are disingenuous.

Got time enough to do all five Sunday news shows, but no time to mount an adequate defense. Ok.

And get Donnie off from cheating on the golf course, and start working on his defense.

Nothing will "drain the swamp" quicker than politicians explicitly preventing the justice system from going after other politicians when they commit crimes. Politicians protecting other politicians from any prosecution is the most surefire way to root out corruption.

In other news, Meadows may have opened himself up to perjury charges today. He was testifying in a hearing where he's requesting his Georgia charges be removed to the Feds, and for reasons I don't understand, took the stand himself. And then he said - repeatedly and in a number of ways - that he had no idea that the Trump Campaign (for which the Hatch Act forbids him from working with) was contesting the Georgia election results.

I mean, perhaps he was smart enough never to write it down or otherwise indicate to anyone that he was aware of it, but...
