Well, I ain't a R, and I ain't very smart according to some on here....

He's tying it up in the courts until they submit to his way. That's the Trump way to do things. Muck it up with paperwork and added costs.

Yeah, I think he's been doing that for decades, though now he has to actually file instead of just threatening.

If Oswalt got from Sterling to DC in 10 minutes he was in a fighter jet. Even in the 80s that's 45 minutes minimum by any possible form of transport.

For the record, Sterling is now: defense contractors, Koreans, and Mexicans on the run from the El Salvadorans in Herndon. But it still sucks.

Federal judge beech slaps Trump arguments regarding the emoluments clause.

In a 48-page opinion Tuesday, U.S. District Judge Emmett Sullivan denied a motion from Trump to dismiss the case. Trump’s argument rested on a narrow definition of “emolument.” The judge found that argument unpersuasive.

“The President’s definition, however, disregards the ordinary meaning of the term as set forth in the vast majority of Founding-era dictionaries; is inconsistent with the text, structure, historical interpretation, adoption, and purpose of the Clause; and is contrary to Executive Branch practice over the course of many years,” Sullivan wrote.

Yeah if Mueller actually cared he would comment publicly. Sorry but that rings about as hollow as a Susan Collins assurance. Mueller seems more and more spineless by the day IMHO.
