Curious if anyone has watched this series (3 total) of videos yet? I haven't yet but first few minutes have already given me the impression the Mueller investigation didn't go far enough.

It’s not necessarily that it didn't go far enough. Anything beyond the very narrow scope of criminal conspiracy with the Russian government and obstruction were farmed out to other jurisdictions.

Obstruction of justice must be pretty narrow if none of the accounts reported qualify.

So if I’m understanding this correctly, Mueller went in with the viewpoint that a sitting president cannot be charged with a crime, but that it is up to congress to impeach if a crime has been committed?

So, we were investigating whether a president committed crimes, but we would not conclude that a president had committed crimes. Even if he had.

That's a helluva way to be completely exonerated.
