Robert Mueller’s Team Says Report Had More Troubling Details About Trump Than William Barr Revealed

Some Special Counsel investigators have expressed displeasure at the way the attorney general has portrayed their findings, reports say

Investigators on Robert Mueller’s team are vexed at Attorney General William Barr’s characterization of the special counsel’s report. They say Barr “failed to adequately portray the findings of their inquiry,” The New York Times reported on Wednesday.

Hours later, The Washington Post corroborated this account, reporting that some members of Mueller’s team had expressed frustration at the attorney general’s March 24 summary to Congress in which he absolved President Donald Trump of any obstruction of justice.

A number of special counsel investigators told associates that the evidence they gathered on the question of obstruction was both “alarming and significant,” the Post reported. The paper also quoted a person familiar with the probe as saying the evidence was “much more acute than Barr suggested.”

Oh gee, is that related to why he doesn’t want it released even though he’s completely exonerated? Just like his grades are all As but we can’t see. And his tax returns are fine but we can’t see.

Wikileaks can redeem themselves, partly (say, 3%), by hacking and publishing the full report. God knows the Dump administration is too inept to stop them.

It turns out that at least for one day a politician has one upped Trump in the battle to be the most scummy. Martha Coakley is going to join the effort to get kids addicted to vaping. It’s so sad the things people will do for money, especially something that will ruin so many lives.

Did Barr not think that if he just whitewashed it that the OSC and it’s investigators weren’t going to speak out?

Shaping the initial narrative has long lasting effects, regardless of what happens later on. These people are skilled in the art of corruption.

There was something else on that article, that Barr didn't issue the summaries they wrote, and the members of Muellers team weren't happy with how Barr characterized their findings.

Well, if they were so worried about how their findings would be characterized, perhaps they should have been more forceful and specific in what their conclusions said, and more adamant that this is what be reported.
