Coherent thoughts aren't Trump's friend.

I would guess he meant "I've never heard of anyone with 93% approval. I'm the smartest, most tremendous, well-loved person ever"

That's how I read it, though it is believable he has never heard of the number 93.

And back in the 80's, Vlad was a big whig in the KGB. So it's not as if he's wanted to be friends with the US ever.

I wonder if the same thing happening from Iran would be just as ok. What if it was from France that someone was trying to illegally influence our elections? Should we not be vigilant to any country? Let alone one that is hardly friendly to US interests around the world?

I'm surprised they didn't zero it out thinking that "black budget" was a welfare program.

Most likely. Everyone wanted a businessman to run the nation, and here we are. Budget allocations and not being able to shift around doesnt really happen on private jobs.

The man has never had to continually deal with federal funding, his subordinates likely did the work, and he patted himself on the back for everything going smoothly.

what in the blue hell are you talking about?!?!?!
money budgeted for salary increases can always go to something else. and funds for exec bonuses appear out of it budgets all the time :D

Putie was never a KGB bigwig. IIRC, he mainly pushed paper on assignment in Dresden, assisting the Stasi with tracking and observing enemies of the reds.

It wasn't until he wormed his way into Yeltsin's cabinet that his political career soared.

I may have worded it wrong, but I meant to say what you made examples of. Private jobs = one giant slush fund to do whatever with.

Government jobs = every last nickle has to be accounted for.

Ok, thanks for the clarification. But I don't really see that as an improvement- that we should trust him for some reason. I think it's rather insane that people trust dumpy when he says that we should just believe vlad's word. And most of the reasoning is timing- that the neutral FBI and CIA both found evidence while Obama was President, so for some reason, it makes it fake. Hate President Obama all you want, but there are things you should believe.
