Re: POTUS 45:49: SNL Sucks. They're the real Collusion. 25th Amendment Them!!!!!!

Is it the secret Service?

Edit.

Huh, I’ll be

The Secret Service still protects former Presidents from bodily harm, but their top priority is to protect the current President. After conviction (Not impeachment, impeachment is the beginning, more like a formal accusation. A President isn’t removed from office until conviction in the Senate after impeachment in the House.) the convicted President is no longer the President and instead the Vice President assumes office. The new President can then decide how to handle the situation. If he wants the former President to leave and he refuses, he can have the Secret Service arrest him for trespassing, or just escort him physically from the building.

Now the former President’s Secret Service detail will ensure no harm comes to him in the process, but they won’t prevent the lawful action of arrest or eviction from office.

At the same time, the Chief Usher of the White House will be responsible for removing all the former President’s belongings and putting them on a truck to go wherever the former President wants them to go, replacing them with the belongings of the new President. The former President has no say about this except for deciding where the truck should go. If he refuses, I suppose that is up to the procedures of the shipping company. Presumably they could confiscate the belongings and auction them off to pay their bill, returning any excess money to the former President.

Yes they are his protection detail. If he isn't the president they won't let him squat in the White House and neither will the FBI. It is nothing but Faux News level rabble rousing to say otherwise.

Barring a military coup if he loses he is out whether he likes it or not.

There would be a few folks that would insist on his leaving. Maybe not politely, and rightfully so.

That was for the Clintons. They are elitist, they are criminals. However, change the candidate? Yeah, I'm listening, along with many others.

The "centrist" view.

If they're criminals then we have the worst justice system on planet Earth.

That's a perfect example of how effective the Ailes campaign was. Arguably the most significant political dynamic of the last 30 - 40 years.

burd Big Talk there.

Top prosecutos had her under oath in private and in public and never got her? Please.

That's cause their criminal syndicate was just that good.

Unlike all that money laundering and offshore LLCs grifting cash like Manafort, Wilbur Ross, Trump, and the rest of that elite business crowd has been engaging in for the last 30 years.

Think of it this way. Manafort was engaging in criminal acts for at least the last 20 years, and our securities and law enforcement institutions didn't raise a peep.

If Mueller hadn't been appointed, Manafort would still be at it, deciding what exotic animal leather his next pair of $50,000 boots would be made from.

And there's hundreds more, maybe thousands, out there just like him.

Other than lying under oath, what crimes are either of the Clinton's liable for?

That question has been asked over, and over, and over, and over again with no answer. If you think they are criminals, what crime did they do??? You need to be able to back up that assertion.

And you can include the Clinton Foundation in that inquiry as well.

Right now, we have some direct accusations against dump, the dump family, and the dump foundation of actual crimes they committed. If they get prosecuted and penalized, they will then be criminals. The list is long, and started prior to the election- but for some reason, that never added up to the rumors against the Clinton group. Somehow, not paying your contractors was ok vs picking and choosing who was getting paid to provide recovery in Haiti. Or inflating the price of a painting and then giving to the family name was totally ok.

So question about attorney-client privilege- which was brought up a few times yesterday...

Question one- you have Client, Attorney A and Attorney B in a room talking. Neither attorney are have each other under whatever it is called, but both do with Client. I would assume that any conversation between either attorney and the client can't be asked for, right? But the conversation between the two attorneys- can that be investigated? And can the second attorney claim that he can not say what was discussed?

Question two- client documents- under normal circumstances, those documents would be protected- clearly. Even if the client gave evidence of breaking the law to the attorney, right? What happens when the documents are about when the client instructed the attorney to break the law on their behalf? Are the documents still protected? If not, what is the legal obligation of the attorney if he is instructed to break the law?

Thanks.

Amazing that some back country Arkansas couple can have such a powerful syndicate. Especially when compared to the morons running the dump syndicate, since so many of them are heading to jail on their own admission of guilt.

Illegal conversations (conspiracy, suborning perjury, etc) are NEVER covered by attorney-client privilege. The only protection lawyers have from being compelled to testify about those conversations is the Fifth Amendment.

So, then, the correct reply when so very challenged over giving up files within a second of being asked would be "sir, the documents being asked are me being asked to do something illegal, therefore are not covered under attorney-client privilege. That is why I am here today- I was asked to break the law."

That would have quickly quieted the screams of giving up that bond....

Re: POTUS 45:49: SNL Sucks. They're the real Collusion. 25th Amendment Them!!!!!!

Mark Meadows who insures us he is not racist used a black woman as a prop yesterday to prove Trump isn't racist. Rashida Talib was forced to apologize to him yesterday when she called him out on it.

1. The woman should not have had to apologize. She was right.
2. Using a black woman as a prop does not prove someone isn't a racist it only shows that you might be.

Epic fail and Mr. Meadows part.

Other than lying under oath? Seriously? That's a crime, therefore a criminal.

They should have been busted for Whitewater, IMO.

And Trump's a criminal, too. This isn't an either/or situation.
