The line is that she wasn't being paid for the sex, she was being paid after the fact to not talk about the sex. AKA Hush Money, as the term goes...which may have violated campaign finance laws.

What prior testimony or statements by Cohen about trump which were exculpatory in nature were proven to have been lies?

That is not what I said. Please dont put words in my mouth. What I said was there were things he said werent true (like the pee tape) but since the GOP is implying everything he says is a lie they cant even use that to prove some of the attacks on Trump are false.

Cohen pretty much corroborated most of what was already known. And that you think he wasnt a smoking gun (he has the personal checks Trump used to pay him back for shutting Stormy which is a violation of campaign finance law) proves you arent actually listening and/or dont want to listen. He handed Congress more than they ever had on Hillary and you bought every ounce of their lies.

Bingo. This was a chance for people to grandstand which is why half the Reps on both sides wasted half their time talking about themselves instead of asking questions.

The Southern District might do more overall damage than anyone investigating him.

Earlier I said that the least surprising part of today was the threat to not release Donnie’s grades and test scores.
I was wrong. Least surprising thing is the usual suspects showing up here today to defend dump.

Uh, the $130k is a violation of the law. Let New York deal with dumpy and Daniels, but the $130k payment is a violation of campaign finance laws. How can you so easily overlook that?

Also, the connection between Stone and Wikileaks was revealed, as well- again, that is also against the law.

Just because it's old news does not make it legal all of a sudden.

How can people just overlook that so quickly? I heard one of the R's say "we knew that already" on NPR this afternoon- I almost crashed. If you KNEW it, how is it that you are allowing dumpy to get away with a law that Congress passed?!??!!?!?

Are we so numb to dump's law breaking that we overlook that?

That's sad.

We challenge all of you anti Clinton people to come up with actual laws that are broken. Here are actual laws that dump BROKE. And he did it WHILE IN OFFICE!.

How in the world can we overlook that?
