Re: POTUS 45:46: New Year, Same 'Ol Crap.

Seeing fetishistic howling in the usual dark, far-right caves of the Internet about how a shutdown lasting longer than 30 days allows agencies to easily move forward with permanent layoffs for furloughed employees. Is that true?

No.

"Reductions in force furlough regulations and SES competitive furlough requirements are not applicable to emergency shutdown furloughs because the ultimate duration of an emergency shutdown furlough is unknown at the outset and is dependent entirely on congressional action, rather than agency action," OPM guidance reads. "The RIF furlough regulations and SES competitive furlough requirements, on the other hand, contemplate planned, foreseeable, money-saving furloughs that, at the outset, are planned to exceed 30 days."

The righties are confusing Administrative Furloughs, which are used to RIF workers, and emergency furloughs. They are either too evil to note the difference or too dumb to understand it.

BTW, Fetishistic Howling was my college band.

Thanks, I figured that was the case, or else one of the neocon POTUSes surely would've tried it by now.

it appears that Clemson ate up all that trash food, so apparently they liked it

great job Mr. President, you saved the taxpayers a bunch of money, use the saved money to buy a couple rolls of razor wire for the wall

I wouldnt be surprised if you actually thought that's how it works. Just think, we could have the wall fully funded by now if not for all his golf outings.

Ah, the old "I had chili for lunch which made me forget the facts" defense? That's so 2017.

Re: POTUS 45:46: New Year, Same 'Ol Crap.

So what did Rudy find out?

“ Rudy Giuliani, President Trump's personal attorney, said that he "never said there was no collusion" between the Trump campaign and Russia during the 2016 presidential election.”

Yet another example of how dumpy is not fit to be a leader.

Lets assume that rudy is right, and dumpy was not part of it. But he's the guy who chose these people, which tells me that he is really bad at choosing talent to do stuff for him. And he's also responsible for what they do, since they are doing it FOR HIM. So even if he's not directly involved, he's responsible for people who work for him.

One way or another, this guy is not fit to be a leader. Especially for an entire country.

Bringing back up a very old issue for dumpy- https://www.washingtonpost.com/poli...ory.html?noredirect=on&utm_term=.1317333aa93a

Which questions whether dumpy inc, which is STILL owned by dumpy, is legally allowed to have the lease of the dump International Hotel in Washington- which has two issues- one- that an elected official is not allowed to benefit by the lease and two- that dumpy inc is taking money in via foreign entities, which is a Constitutional problem.

We don't need collusion to get this guy out. We have a very basic Emoluments Clause that should be enough.

One that people who claim to be anti-globalist should be 100% behind.

How in the world does this guy get away with this??? And if this is not enough to actually impeach a President, what is? This is clearly spelled out in the very base Constitution as a violation.

It would have gotten Obama tossed out.

Mentioning the fast food frenzy, Trump joked that his food choices were better than having the first lady make them “some quick little salads.”

And a CNN reporter called that sexist? < sigh >

I'm pretty sure a full meal put out by the WH staff would've started with a salad course. Sexist?

This lawsuit was green lighted by a federal judge.

And trump's rubes and dupes would see this if they were able to follow this simple logic for more than one step. Like maybe two. But alas, along with being many other things, a good portion of trump's rubes and dupes are no smarter than the president. Or putting it another way, they're idiots.
