Did the DNC expect the response to be: Cool! Discovery! Show everything!

This suit gives the RNC the right to examine the DNC server and anything that was claimed harmed doesn’t it? The DNC didn’t let the FBI look but now the RNC will?

Right, but the payment to Stormy Daniels is not a legal fee. The "legal fee" would be the payment to Cohen for his time spent working on the transaction. If I hire a lawyer to represent me during a transaction to buy a house, the legal fee is the $1000 I pay the lawyer, not the $400,000 I spend on the house. If the money paid to Daniels came from the Trump Campaign (or the RNC), that is most definitely a problem.

Why do you keep insisting that the DNC expects anything out of this. It is and has always been a publicity stunt. It wont get past a motion to dismiss. Discovery wont be an issue they will slow play it until the judge tells them to get bent.

And it is inconsequential...it makes zero difference. The only people that care are people who are voting R. It makes zero difference to anyone else.

It might be enough to get Perez out though since he is flipping moron. That he thinks he could get a jury trial in any way proves he is just dumb enough to be a Republican.
