I hope so. I know one thing for sure. The 33% would cheer when Mueller got fired. Hannity would have a perpetual orgasm.

Hannity is a moron- if whoever is manipulating us flips this upside down, and he's on the losing end- then HE's the one that would face the repercussions that he's trying to dish out.

Why do so few people see that?

Too many R's don't seem to understand that their position can be turned right over and THEY are on the losing end. Which is why the entire Russia investigation has to finish to the end, and security needs to be put in place to fight off any attempts to stick their nose into it. Or anyone else.

Perhaps you should apply the same logical paradigm to calls for removing Constitutional rights by the D's.

Russia's over. They've found nothing. Now they're just desperate to find any way to get rid of a sitting President, which is starting to border on sedition.

They're trying to stop him before he does it because if he does it they know they have to support it and that will put them in a precarious situation besides, you know, making them traitors to limited government and checks and balances who will be reviled by history.

Given the whole Ken Starr situation about 20 years ago, I can see why. However, it is starting to wreak signs of sedition.

If they actually support the firing of Archibald Cox that would cement them as a very very very small party. I can't imagine anyone besides the idiot 33% supporting that move. The door would be wide open and all we'd be watching is how the Democrats are going to screw it up this time.

I hope so, but I don't think so. 2016 proved Republicans will literally vote for the tiger that is coming to eat their own children if it has an "R" on it. Why would this be any different?

Anybody with any degree of intelligence already knew Dump is a moron and a fraud long before November 2016. And yet those people voted for him. They may even have voted for him more strongly because he is a moron and a fraud. They eat that up.

If Dump does this Fox will talk about how he had to because of DEEP STATE AND LIBRULZ RUN AMOK GAHH!111!11 and those people will believe him. Flag will be all in (he is already). joe will write a thoughtful post about how it's terrible that this is such a divisive time. Fish will repeat some cheeky talking point he read on PJ Media that morning.

If not one of the conservatives here, who are actually capable of thought, will renounce Dump and the GOP if he does this, then why does anybody expect the national electorate to be affected one bit? Those of us who despise Dump and the GOP will vote against them, but we would anyway. Those watching TV and not paying attention will still do that. The "both siderism" media will keep peddling that false canard ("to ensure fairness we've invited both a Nazi and a Holocaust survivor to debate this issue because the truth must be halfway between them...").

This will be just like a school shooting. Nobody's mind will change no matter the damage and the horror. The people who excuse it will have ample reasons to excuse it again, or even to blame the victims.

They can afford to be the party of the idiot 33%. Every one of those idiots votes, while 33% of the electorate has been lulled to sleep by consumerism and the failure of either party to speak to their needs. That makes every election a fight for us to turn out every one of the 33% with a brain who is engaged in order to reach a 50/50 coin flip.

I hope you are right that Dump doing this and the GOP supporting it would a death knell for them as a national party. They would richly deserve it. But I see no evidence to support the contention. Look at Flag. He is the archetypal Dump supporter. He sincerely thinks Dump is a patriot who is trying to uproot us as a treasonous cancer that is poisoning America. That's who were are dealing with. Not one of those people has a bridge too far with Dump. Even if they had a moment's reflection they would be slapped upside the head by Fox and drop right back into their loop.

Trump is a debacle. But it appears possible that the political careers of many of the GOP pillars have been cut short by him. Serious silver lining.

The reason the 33% works is because they all vote. Once the Democrats wake up and exploit the other 66% we'll be fine. Unfortunately the Democrats have found every way possible to **** that up.

We can but hope. When Dr. Mrs. was disconsolate after the election I told her it was good in the sense that the monster that the GOP finally birthed to attempt the coup d'etat was an inept and cowardly clown. How much worse had it been someone calm, intelligent, and brave.

May Dump be the face of the Republican Party for a thousand years. May they literally never live it down.

What makes you think I am saying the GOP voters will abandon them. I dont even consider them when I discuss stuff like this because they stay home no matter what. The Blue Wave is coming because liberals are motivated. If he fires Mueller aint no one staying home.
