The lawyer did. He admitted to having the agreement and to personally paying the hush money. (cause they were in breach of contract by being way late on payments) Also, if the lawyer was involved in the fake statement that had her forged signature on it (or if anyone in the Trump Camp was) that could also help her cause. It also will put said person in line for a world of hurt legally.
