But he doesn't do that anymore. In a completely unrelated fact, his son lives on a different floor than he and his wife, where his son would likely be unable to hear anything occurring on his parent's floor. Again, a completely unrelated fact I felt like putting out there.

WASHINGTON — President Trump’s inaugural committee paid nearly $26 million to an event planning firm started by an adviser to First Lady Melania Trump, while donating $5 million — less than expected — to charity, according to tax filings released on Thursday.

The nonprofit group that oversaw Mr. Trump’s inauguration and surrounding events in January 2017, the 58th Presidential Inaugural Committee, had been under pressure from government advocacy groups to reveal how it spent the record $107 million it had raised from wealthy donors and corporations.

Its chairman, Thomas J. Barrack Jr., a longtime friend of Mr. Trump, had pledged that the committee would be thrifty with its spending, and would donate leftover funds to charity.

But the mandatory tax return it filed with the Internal Revenue Service indicates that the group’s charitable donations included only an already publicized $3 million for hurricane relief, plus a total of $1.75 million to groups involved in decorating and maintaining the White House and the vice president’s residence.

The 116-page filing indicates that the overwhelming majority of the funds went toward expenses related to the inauguration, with the biggest share — nearly $51 million — split roughly evenly between two companies.

One of the companies, Wis Media Partners of Marina del Rey, California, was created in December 2016 by a longtime friend of Mrs. Trump, Stephanie Winston Wolkoff, according to a person familiar with the firm. Ms. Winston Wolkoff made her name planning Manhattan society galas and has subsequently been brought on as a senior adviser to the first lady’s official government office.

Try as I might to keep people away they still want a piece of me. :D Got the Grad School Guys tonight, my clique at work is bugging me for a night out and I need to get the hockey crew together at least for the last game of the year next weekend. Oh, there's also that woman who lives in my house and takes care of the kids (and spends all my money)...;)

WASHINGTON — President Donald Trump said Thursday that he would visit Parkland, Fla., following America's latest deadly mass shooting, which left 17 dead at a high school there Wednesday.

"Our entire nation, with one heavy heart, is praying for the victims and their families," he said Thursday from the White House Diplomatic Room.

"No child, no teacher should ever be in danger in an American school," Trump said. "No parent should ever have to fear for their sons and daughters when they kiss them good-bye in the morning."

Say what you will but our president is growing. He managed to blame the Florida shooting on the shooter's neighbors and classmates and the shooter wasn't even Muslim.

I think our president is a lazy, bullying clown who is unfit for office, but I don't disagree with him on the language you quote, at least in the context of school shootings.

But if you are saying, scooby, that he is lying because doesn't give a shyt about those kids, I agree with you. He isn't capable of such empathy.

Let us not forget, but Trump ended the Obama era action that prevented the mentally ill from buying firearms. One of the first things he did as president.

And now Trumpy's whining that this kid obviously had mental problems, and why wasn't something done about it. The kid who bought his AR-15 legally.

Drew was very excited about that. I know I was too because I know that the only way to stop a bad crazy person with a gun is a good crazy person with a gun.

I've read that you can buy that piece or any shotgun or rifle for that matter when you're 18 but you can't buy a pistol until the age of 21.
