Re: POTUS 45.22 - The Genius of Donald Trump

I see Donna Brazile's book is conveniently being swept under the rug. https://www.infowars.com/the-amazin...-of-a-fair-shot-at-the-democratic-nomination/

In HRC's defense, Bernie is an avowed socialist.
He conveniently "became" a D when it suited him to use that machine as a means to his desired (President) end.

The D machine knew it was being used and took action to stop the Bern.
You really can't blame the Ds for wanting to keep control of their house away from a socialist interloper.

Re: POTUS 45.22 - The Genius of Donald Trump

WASHINGTON – Minnesota Republicans in Congress enthusiastically pitched their tax proposal to voters back home Thursday, vowing it would jump-start the economy while reducing the cost of living.

“It’s going to help small business, it’s going to increase paychecks, and it’s going to make sure we have a growing competitive economy so our American headquarters can also stay in Minnesota and hire more people,” Rep. Erik Paulsen said. A member of the tax-writing Ways and Means Committee, Paulsen went all in on what his office touted as a “once-in-a-generation tax reform bill.”

Republicans say the proposal they’ve named the “Tax Cuts and Jobs Act” would benefit Americans at all levels, and spur economic growth by cutting the corporate tax rate from 35 to 20 percent. They say the $1.5 trillion in tax cuts would save the typical household $1,182, much lower than the $4,000 savings touted earlier.

More lies.

The Republicans OWN ad that I see on my TV every day says I would get 1200 cut from my taxes. Whoop Dee Doo. That changes nothing and it blow a hole in the deficit. That's not a Middle Class Tax Cut, it's a giveaway to the rich.

Therein must lie a tale. I never thought of it before, but why don't Christians celebrate Jewish OT holidays? Their prophets are our* prophets. Just because we don't have to follow The Law doesn't mean we should turn down the excuse for a party (or, you know, repentance).

Christianity is supposed to be New and Improved Judaism, and Islam Even MORE Improved Judaism, with New Blue Diamonds!. The later releases ought to have kept the better features of the former.

* Don't have a heart attack. I was raised Christian and none of it is real anyway, so hey, go with it when there's gifts to be had!

There's a sect that does. I handled a civil rights complaint involving a guy who believed in Jesus but celebrated the Jewish holidays because that's what Jesus would've done.

Hanukkah and Christmas. Rockin' ... :D

OK.
1200 isn't a cut.
Is 2400?
3000?

What is?

Important to note that the $1200 figure is for a family of 4 with gross income of $59,000. And from what I'm reading that is something that could be phased out.

Another interesting nugget I read yesterday is that the tax plan ends the adoption tax credit. Interesting move from the party that wants to ban abortion.

If this forum is any indication of the base, wouldn't you want to motivate your base and put the Brooklyn Vermonter in?

Hey now, according to the official GOP twitter, that's over 500 cups of Dunkin' Donuts coffee! The world will be a better place when we can all get our morning Dunk.

As well as getting rid of the student loan interest deduction.
