yeah. Olympia Snowe was replaced by Angus King. I would think the republicans would be concerned they might lose this seat too.

Gotta be awful right now to be relatively sane and in the GOP caucus. Think about the scumbuckets you have to rub shoulders with every day. Now add that you're a woman and it's easy to imagine the attractiveness of getting away from the orcs. She's crazy for not leaving, unless she's on the verge of retiring and wants to deny LePage the appointment.

turns out that according to the Maine constitution she wouldn't need to resign her senate seat until after she would have been sworn in as governor, so she could have appointed her own replacement.

In two days he has blown up the American Health Insurance market and took a **** on all our allies by ripping up the Iran deal.

Bernie voters didn't lose the election for Hillary anymore than Hillary voters who voted for McCain (at twice the rate of Bernie voters) lost the campaign for Obama.

Your candidate sucked and lost to a r******* man baby and you take no ownership of it.

All part of the equation. It's been happening since Perot and it started to destroy the country with Nader. It's more examples of how no one in this country learns anything from history.

And now we have their President. Who knows nothing about anything.

I mean I'm not gonna place most of the blame on the individual voters but the people (especially in the higher ranks of the party) who were all in for her despite the fact that she was twice as likely to lose to Trump should probably take a hard look in the mirror before blaming Bernie supporters because that's pretty far down the list of things that caused this outcome.

Yeah but he said that 50 people getting killed in Orlando was a bad thing, and the convention applauded, so that automatically meant the GOP was pro-LGBT....Q now.

I don't give a crap, but in the corporate world, anything officially tied into the company, it's been "holiday" not "Christmas." Can't do it, because they don't want to offend anyone.
