NPR had a really cool program on the latest research re advent of smart phones- way more depression than before- even when they tease out all the other possible variables. Being able to see just how stupid a large portion of the population is and all the twisted normalization of the sociopath can't be helping.

Someone responded with a post from Snopes that it was false and she responded "Nope. Not buying it." There is no hope......

Trump bragged to reporters that people of Puerto Rico appreciated him being there and that he was the first president in history to make such a visit when he was the tenth.

During a gaggle with reporters aboard Air Force One, Trump said, “I think it meant a lot to the people of Puerto Rico that I was there. They really responded very nicely. And I guess it’s one of the few times anybody has done this. From what I am hearing it’s the first time that a sitting president has done something like this”.

Admittedly, his something like this description of the visit is vague. It could mean virtually anything, but it appears that Trump believes that he is the first president to visit Puerto Rico/.

Trump is wrong. He isn’t the first president to visit Puerto Rico. He isn’t even the ninth.

Teddy Roosevelt, Herbert Hoover, Franklin D. Roosevelt, John F. Kennedy, and Barack Obama all made official visits before Trump. Dwight Eisenhower, Harry Truman, Lyndon Johnson, and Gerald Ford all made unofficial visits to Puerto Rico.

This is very common. Conservapedia depicts Snopes as a liberal plot.

The feedback loop of rationality gets broken and then the system just feeds itself. There is no longer any falsifiability. It's the classic model of a cult; this cult just happens to have about 50 million members.

As far as I know there is no scientifically rigorous, peer-reviewed evidence of any such link.

However, I am willing to be set straight by science -- that is what science is all about. Please post the citations that support your statement.

My GF and I are the same way. We made it like 2 episodes in and said "Trump did it better" and havent watched since. How sad is that...

Science is part of the conspiracy. They are in the back pocket of "Big Vaccination" which is of course a wholly owned subsidiary of George Soros!!!!1!!
