Re: POTUS 45.2 - Same arguments, different sides

Unfortunately it has recently turned into "If you don't walk like a Hobbit, you must be an Orc" The Elves, et. al are po'd

Well if you're not an orc but you're helping the orcs, at best you're that as-shole hobbit miller who collaborated.

Stand up and be counted or sit on your duff and get caught in the collateral damage.

Middle Earth to US translation:
"You're either with us or against us"

Murkowski announcing she won't support DeVos but advancing her out of committee is the sign of the true Murkowski wish-washy stance. She tries to save face but still basically guarantees DeVos gets confirmed.

I'm still PO'd Alaska Dems ran no one against her.

Collins from Maine did exact same thing.

BREAKING: GOP-controlled House passes measure to scuttle Obama regulation protecting streams from coal mining debris.
So what's a little coal debris in stream and rivers? It's not like the lead in Flint's water.

I can remember when you guys got a woody over that.

Also, it's "Hobbitish."
I'm pretty sure that Flaggy will claim that his choice of thread title and your proving it to be prophetic represents wisdom on his part. I prefer to go with the "blind pig finds an acorn every now and then" theory.

Its unreal how its 180 degrees from 8 years ago. Almost word for word .

why not Lake Erie, or is that an urban legend?

I remember dead fish all along the shore of Erie when I was a kid, the water still looked great though. Rivers were the sewers of America
