So thankfully, it was my stupidity and/or first ever senior moment that caused me to think my A/C was on the fritz. Crisis was averted on Saturday. Which is good because the next few days will be crazy hot and humid.

Going to Fenway Park tonight. It's Greek Heritage Night!

No, I had it set to kick on when the temp hit 74. It was 73 inside so naturally it wouldn't turn on. Just transposed the numbers. Figured out what an idiot I was and had to call and cancel the emergency service request. D'oh!

So last night was sweltering at Fenway, but was a fun night as I was recognized as Season Ticket Holder of the Game! Got to be on the field as part of the pre-game ceremony, Took all of 30 seconds, but still, it was fun. Nice to be recognized for have tickets in the family for 53 years. Plus, the Sox came back from a 5-1 deficit and won 6-5! Opa!!

Good Afternoon Lodge!

mr les is officially retired. Yay!!!!

We are up at the lake where life is proving that he is not going to be bored post retirement. We walked in to find that critters visited over the winter and left all sorts of 'evidence' behind including chewed furniture, chewed braided rugs, holes in screens and excrement just about everywhere. The cellar also had a visitor that chewed a hole thru the threshold/door. So, while it has been 87 and 70+% humidity we have been cleaning. Ew.

The phone wasn't rebooted correctly for 'summer' service so no outgoing calls and an hour with service to straighten that out.

The a55hat that blocked the right of way last Fall and has given my Auntie a ration of BS has dumped more debris, dirt and stumps in the access road to the property. He's now claiming it isn't the right of way to the town hall ladies who lick his feet. ::vomiting sound:: The guy who claims to be in charge rode his bike down that road almost every weekend when we were kids and ate dinner at my Auntie's table rather than at his house.

Googled and found out while he is claiming that he is the manager of the LLC he is not. The family is suing and countersuing each other. The appeals court ruled he is not the manager. There are no remaining managers. This means the LLC is required to dissolve. The older sibling is trying to dissolve the LLC and the Maine court said they need to do it in the State they set up the LLC- Nevada.

So, here we are, trying to help my 87yo Auntie and it looks like we may need to get a lawyer and go to court because no one can agree who is in charge and they all want to pretend the right of way in the deed did not exist.

You cannot make this stuff up.
