Truth is I've been in the line TIMMAY just joined for over a year now, and I've been working through what was on hand. When this Macallan 12 yo is gone, I'm looking at a 10 yo Speyburn or {shudder} Irish.

edit: And there is still some Jim Black around for Jimonades this summer.

Once they let in all the top applicants, and the best ones have chosen to go to other schools, they just start working their way down the wait list until they have enough enrollment. The kid may not hack it, but the school still milks a year or two's worth of tuition and fees out of it.

I got into Northern with a 3.0 out of high school, a 2.5 in community college, and no ACT/SAT score. They got three years of tuition out of me. At least I finished my time at Northern with a 3.02 and on the Dean's list.

Best travels to all who are headed to Pitt!

Sleet this morning, kinda raining now. Don't care how much snow we get. I really don't.

Have to drop off The Fifth tomorrow....signs of the return of the Death Wobble that I got fixed a couple years ago. Bro fixed it once, hope he can again. I get to drive the sh*box he owns (some sort of tiny arse Honda/Hyundai that I have to crouch into). Whee fun.

Went out for a drive this evening after receiving yet another email saying "Thanks for applying, but we're stupid and don't think we need your services" and it was raining when I left, then trasitioned to sleet, then snow by the time I got back (about an hour).

Don't blame the car for the fact that you're too tall...:p

Is it Saturday yet?

MEg would have to crouch to get into this car. My rearview mirror is bigger than its' side mirrors. My side view mirrors are about as big as this car's windshield. :eek:
