Thank to the Cardinals for the magical ride in the second semester. Good luck to the seniors moving on. To everyone else, see you in October...

A lot of hard work went into this season Bob, and Cardinal fans like us feel pretty good about it. Should be another strong year coming up too. GO CARDS 2017!

Happy 27-1-1 Day RIT !!

Ya know, I was thinking about that day earlier in the year when I was up at the Pollisseni Center sitting in my nice, coushy, six-inch-thick padded leather seat after enjoying an all-you-can-eat Prime Rib buffet, nursing a cold beer, while watching a replay on a huge screen at the end of the rink. Ahh, who I am kidding... that day wasn't anywhere near my thoughts at the time!! :p

It sure is all RIT's fault, and I LOVE IT!! :D

Cheers!!!

Surprised I didn't see you. You were about the only one there the last game of the season.

Clarkson University beat Wisconsin 3-0 for the D1 Women's Championship today ! Two Northern New York Schools 90 miles apart win both Championships for Women's Hockey. Congrats to both.

Look at Norwich's season last year, and what they accomplished this season. Now look at how we started the season this year, and what we managed to do down the stretch... certainly is enough to shine a ray of hope in Plattsburgh for next season!

In fairness, I said before the Red/White game that my expectation for this young Cardinal team was such that I asked only that they at least make the SUNYAC final. As far as I'm concerned, this team exceeded my expectations.

Go Cards!

I've learned through the years, never count out an Emery-coached team. Those of use who follow hockey in the Champlain Valley (even from afar these days) are very lucky to have such quality coaches and teams to follow. It's a shame that Middlebury has taken a step back, because back in the day, having 3 teams that were perennial national contenders was something even more special.
