And incredibly hard to tackle. Although they did stuff him twice earlier this quarter, the moment he gets past the line of scrimmage they whiff on him like I do at softball.

Fletcher's sack was huge, and then the tackle by Chung was so technically sound that he prevented the first down. If Driver is at least able to slip out of Chung's tackle, Mayo probably makes the tackle but it's likely a first down. They'd probably have gotten the spike at about 0:14, which means they'd have 2-3 shots at the endzone following a clock stoppage. Very big play.
There's lots to work on, but they're 12-2 and one win away from the AFC's No. 1 seed.

He should, that was one poor performance and he is in charge...with all due respect to the Packers, who could have rolled over on this game, that game shouldn't have been as close; it seemed like the recent run of 'nothing ever goes wrong' made the Pats complacent. When your victory is sparked by a 71 yd ko return by an O lineman (why couldn't he have scored...would have been a play for the ages) then you need to A) thank your lucky stars B) have a little talk with the team about the first round of the playoffs last year. They are getting near 1 and done time and against a level 1 QB in the playoffs that might have been 'done'. He also probably didn't wnat anybody to show the bolts, steelers, ravens or dolts a way to move the ball on the D.

Yup - tcbg and I say this every single week (at least once). He does make a good play here and there, but the number of bad plays and penalties far outweighs any of his positive attributes.

Yeah, he takes awful routes to tackle people and he basically goes for the kill shot instead of the tackle. Hence the penalties and fines.

Oh woe is us!!!! We only won by 4 over a team that knew if they lost their season was ovah!!!! Why didn't they lay down like dogs!!! Oh so worried over so much!!!! Arrrrggghhh!!! These guys better shape up and win every game by 30pts from here on out!!!! Aaaahhhhhggggoonnnnyyyuuyu!!!!
