Should be 0-0. Evidently jumping on the goaltender is allowed in the IIHF.

Can't believe the internation refs missed that one. Wait, yes I can. At least it didn't go in the side of the net.

But, when you don't clear the zone once in 75 seconds, bad things happen.

What the hell is going on? How does only one of the guys get a penalty there if you are going to call it? "Hey, you, go to the box for being stronger than an NHL'er."

Evidently some Euros are still PO'd about that whole Nazi thing.

:mad: Anyone have a way to get feed if your cable company didn't suck up to NBC? Aparently Comcast is not on board unless you have broadband computer and Verizon doesn't unless you have Fios. I am beside myself aggravated. Missed the Flying Tomato because of curling then curling lost:mad: Can't get anything I want to see. :mad: :mad: :mad:

After a few nasty emails to the turds at NBC, etc I still an without the abilty to see what I want.

The problem is that Shuster is the captain of the team (so he's not being replaced) and he said in an interview that he "loves pressure"...of course that was before he blew three game-winning chances is 24 hours.

So here's why there's been all sorts of problems at the speed skating oval:

It seems that in their zeal to be “environmentally friendly,” the Vancouver Olympic Committee decided to replace the familiar and decades-proven propane-fueled ice-resurfacers, known to ice-sport fans worldwide as Zambonis, with a prototype electric model.

And, as with most business decisions clouded by liberal pressure to “go green,” this turned out to be a bad one.
