Nice win by Shani Davis, and Hendrick comes in with the Bronze.

The US skater in this short track race choked, now comes Ohno...

Zamboni actually refutes this, considering they have their own electric model and apparently offered it VANOC. They claim VANOC just cheaped out on it. I'm willing to bet the fact that Olympia models are made in Ontario had more to do with it.

Come on. Everyone knows that if you want quality in ice resurfacers, you get a freakin' Zamboni. No one ever wrote a song called "I Wanna Drive the Olympia."

This Celski kid is going to be a star for a couple more Olympics...he's looking good, and just advanced in short track whatever distance they're skating now.

Both Ohno and Celski have advanced.

Am I wrong to be rooting less for Ohno and Celski and more for Koreans wiping out?

Anytime your name brand is also referred to as the generic name for a product you probably make the best one. IE pretty much everyone refering to ice resurfacers as Zambonis even if it may not be one. Another example would be most people refering to facial tissue as Kleenex even when its another brand.

No, watching the Koreans fail is great fun. I think it actually made the race when Ohno and Celski went 2-3 even more entertaining...:p

Oh well. It's still good news that the German team decided to show up. That will keep the goal differential down in that group.

They just showed pictures of Lindsay Vonn from 4 years ago...she is much better goodlooking now. :p

Anyone seen the official logo for the next Olympics? I get the feeling the Russians only very recently learned about the Internet.

How awesome is it that the 2014 games are going to be held in a place in Russia that's thisclose to Georgia and one of its breakaway republics?
