I would be shocked if they did not...Any word if Time Warner will be picking up Oswego's broadcast of the game next Saturday night?
Didnt get to watch the game last night, imagine that 6yo b-day party went until 2am, ,that said and after reading all post on the oz and platty thread looks like it was a great game marred by some dumbass oz penalties if your a oz fan and a whole lot of special teams work that went well for both, shg excluded..looks to be a even game with a few bounces going plattys way, but those are the breaks you make sometimes by hustle usually. also seems there was a oz goal called back or was it not called at all?? anyways if both teams take care of business, they should meet again...ps I have heard enough of Oz has sooooo many seniors they should win it all type stuff, sometimes you get a bunch of new blood/freshmen and they kickstart the old seniors, and vice a versa,I like the mix of plattys players as far as freshmen sophs etc...I know when we went to the BIG DANCE in87' we only had 3 senior skaters and 1 goalie who didnt play that much, we had a nice mixture of all classes...bottomline just because you have 14 seniors dont mean squat..

Muise certainly has a problem with someone on Plattsburgh. He was chriping the whole game and got 2 real dumb penalites. Both Gosek and Whitelaw told him to zip it a few times. He was also the one who did the spear-job at the conclusion of the first game in December. Looks like an old junior hockey grudge to me
Ok thanks to all for info on the no goal, hope all goes well and we meet in the finals.....+1
As far as the no-goal, the Oswego players started celebrating as if the puck went in, there was zero reaction by the Plattsburgh players, indicating that they believed it had not. The referee standing right next to the goal did not call the goal (didn't wave no-goal, either. Just blew his whistle indicating the Chewy had the puck), and the goal did not turn on the light. Beyond the fact that the video online was as far from inconclusive as a video can possibly be, that's all I can say about the incdent
They still have a shot at pool C, if Genny makes the finals and wins and thus gets ranked, we could possibly get a pool c bid, also Hobart could lose to a ranked team in the ecac-west playoffs increasing our chances in that scenario.
I should point out that Utica just took a tie this weekend, and it's quite possible that them losing badly in their tourny could jeopardize their pool c hopes. It's a longshot, but if both Hobart and Utica crash and burn it's quite possible that the ECAC west won't get any bids.
Clue #15 a loss 0-10 is the same as 2-3....they are both in....
...and even when they are decided, we are not quite sure what they decided or why....all this pool c talk is crap - meaning its a crap shoot...keeps these threads going, but that's about itWhat I meant is that if both teams lose before getting to the championship round, there's no promises. Don't count those chickens before they hatch. The Pool C bids aren't decided until they're decided.

Team goals achieved thus far- 1) win Pathfinder @) win SUNYAC reg season/#1 seed for tournament Team goals pending - 3) Win SUNYAC Championship 4) win NCAA Championship. Two down, Two to go...we are now in Survive and Advance mode...Survive and Advance.
