I saw him some time ago and he mentioned something about that. I was your team manager for the 87-88 years. I hope he does something for it would be nice to see everyone. I notice that several are still part of the blueline club. If I don't have to work that weekend look for me on the student section just up from blue line on the rail.

on Coaches corner after the game Coach Digby said that they worked on Penalty killing all week in practice, I'd certainly say it showed as they ended up killing 11 Minor penalties and a 5 minute Major, while also getting 2 shorthanded goals... (more like 3 as one penalty just ended and the player was just getting out of the box)

Had a feeling it was you, but didn't want to make a moron out of myself. I'm usually in the Doctor Who style scarf when I'm at games. I'm hoping to make it for Buff State or Freddy when I have the little one again for the weekend.

thats a fast turnaround ...lets HOPE we get a fast lead fri night and we can play all 4 lines thru most of the game,cortland can be pesky as we know, they beat platty in their own barn last yr so we know what they can do......

A nice game for the Lakers but give Cortland thier due tonight. Their goalie made some great saves. 2 stick in mind where he stoned Boots and Brown. He really kept them in the game until the 3rd. 2 big points of intress. The Freshmen duo of Gertsakis and Rivait on D really stood out. BakDraft; you would enjoy watching these guys. They played like seasoned players. They had 1 hiccupt which cost them a goal, but they played in all facets of the game. They could be the back bone of the D corps for several years to come. They complimented each others play, passed very well, worked well as a team, just very enjoyable to watch. Gertsakis jsut might be the point man they are looking for on the PP. The Titanic line played very well tonight also. If that line can keep it up that will give the Lakers 3 very solid lines. A team is tough to beat like that. Interesting note for the second game Berra starts and not Mather, and no Mather tonight.
I thought Jones should have started to give him some PT which might be needed down the stretch.
Hopefully Tomorrows game will not be a let down. If the Freshmen play tomorrow, which I hope they do that will give the Lakers lots of options for Coach come post season.

DIIIFan...if Jones gets a start this weekend, Gosek would be more apt to give it to him tonight against Hsmilton since it's a non-league game. That's usually Eddie's M.O

OK but Hamilton even in down years gives the Lakers a tough game where as Cortland isn't usually one. Also as a home game it would have been nice to see Jones play.

While I agree with that... I still think League games > Non-League games, especially in Eddie's eyes...
