Oswego Lakers 2023-24...Light The Lamp.....Lets go Lakers!!!!!!!!

I was at the game live safe to say the boys definitely spent all their energy on Hobart and didn't get off the bus for Elmira. Cal got left out to dry in the 1st. elmira had 6 goals on their 1st 8 shots according to d3 hockey news. It's probably better for the pair wise any way to have a Hobart win and a Elmira loss than to have a Hobart loss and a Elmira win. As for the small student section Friday is was halloweekend but I tell you what that place was loud even with a decent chunk of students missing.

Considering its Buff State/Fredonia this weekend odds aren't likely although the Fredonia goalies last name is dick so maybe more people will cum friday for the dick jokes (Ba dum tshhhhh)
 
Only caught the third period, volleyball section championships with the daughter ,looks like the D did most of the work scoring and only allowing 1 goal..Did see 2 powerless plays and they looked just that??? Gonna have to right that ship if we intend to go anywhere the rest of the season....Did see the goalies split or was there an injury???....Ok Buff st tonight hope to watch the whole game....Go Lakers!!!....DIII where you at???
 
Milberg was pulled due to cramps/dehydration similar to what happened with Cal Schell last year with Potsdam. Hopefully thats the end of that story and there's no further injury

Nice weekend for the Lakers. Was at the Saturday game. 2 take aways. 1 freshman dman Baker played a nice game. So did freshman Krulicki. The pair up of the dmen looks good.

Ok DIII good to see your still around, yes from what I have seen of Baker he looks good, and nice goal by the rook.....Special teams do need work but we have a loooong way to go in the season...back on the ice Wed. in M"Ville....Go Lakers!!!
 
With #5 Wisconsin Stevens Point, #6 Norwich and #7 Endicott either going 0-2 or 1-1 this weekend, we could see the boys on the lake potentially crack the top 5 tomorrow afternoon
 
Ranking are nice but means nothing this early in the season. Let the first half of the season be played before rankings come out. Just my opinion.

Yup. Four games in and Cortland leads the Pairwise!?!:eek:

The game last night was a snoozer until the third period. Refs came up with a whole new set of icing rules right on the spot!

I think we got our first PPG Sat night (4 games in) Nice SO for Schell to. This year's OZ Athletic website redo-not a fan.

Literally do not pay any attention to the Pairwise until at least January. It means diddly until then.
