Happy New Years, everyone! Glad to say Norwich pulled out another win tonight, although I was a bit worried that they wouldn't in the first period. Seems that Curry was a bit excited and committed a few errors in the first, but NU just couldn't capitalize on them. In fact, they began to play just like Curry...which had me worried. Klinger owes Steve Coon a lot for backing him up a few times, but came off big after Sylvester's break away, shorthanded no less. I agree that Curry just ran out of gas, glad that our boys have the stamina. Should be a great game tomorrow against Potsdam, will it be a repeat of Plattsburgh, aka the Great Northern Shootout Prime Link? I don't think so, but it will be a close game. Hope I am not wrong, but Norwich looks like a contender. Best wishes for a happy and healthy New Year to all.:)

Ok, they lost by 1. I predict they come out tomorrow night, win by 9, and Hamline goes on to win the national championship. :cool:

No, in all seriousness, this shows that the Adrian players are not perfect. (Not the anybody said they were... I'm not saying that) Hopefully, that means that the players will come back tomorrow with twice the motivation and willpower. Perhaps this was a healthy loss for them. we'll have to wait and see. Can't wait for next weekend!

No, in all seriousness, this shows that the Adrian players are not perfect. (Not the anybody said they were... Yes. Losing a 1-goal game to a team that is now 7-1-2. We leaned soooooo much. :rolleyes:

You've shown your true colors as well. Run your lips not even 5 minutes after the clock went 0:00.

I'm pretty sure they can't help that their conference sucks. The OOC schedule is pretty good and this merely shows that they've finally found a challenge to play. Tomorrow's game and next Friday's (can't wait by the way) will show how good the team really is. I fully expect them to rebound tomorrow night.

No, there's not much we can do about Northland, Concordia and Lake Forest. And there aren't enough mops in Michigan to clean up the Finlandia mess this year, either.

We lost to a good team by one goal. I offer no excuses. The scoreboard doesn't lie. Tomorrow night becomes very important for this team for reasons outside regional rankings.

Every time I see that name, it still doesn't look right. Mankato still pops into my head.

A guy got a 5 for slashing and not a misconduct, even if it was at 20:00 of the 3rd???
