Saw that, L268. Thank you for sharing it. Sadly, Columbus isn't much of a college hockey town, at least when it comes to women's hockey. This was a huge hire, at least many of us OSU women's hockey fans think it was, but there wasn't much said about it in the media.

Well, winning always helps ;). I'm sure most sports have a hard time cutting through the football/basketball domination over there, so thinking positively this may be the start of some good publicity for the program. I hope you beat everyone in the WCHA (but MSU :D).

Yeah, other than Wisconsin, Minnesota, UMD, and UND, not sure how much media coverage women's hockey gets around here. I am talking about the college game here, not IIHF Worlds or the Olympics.
 
Is there any word on who the assistants will be at OSU? Looks like the assistants at UMD will the same two that supported Miller. Is that a good thing? I'm on the fence when it comes to bringing back the incumbents. Depends on the situation and how close the assistants were to the former head coach.

Not sure what you're talking about. UMD is looking for 2 new assistants:

The whole staff was let go at the same time as Miller.

Puckdrop14, here is the latest roster at OSU. The only coaches listed are head coach Jenny Potter and incumbent assistant Carson Duggan. Not sure what is going on these days, but I have to believe another assistant or two will be hired at some point.
