Krogh is out. Jardine is still out. I think Oddo and Greco are still out, too. Hope we are able to get healthy soon.

WOW , that's alot of players out of the line up. I hope this bye week will bring some of these players back so we can see how the team plays healthy in the second half soon. It sure would be nice to make a impact in the end of the year playoffs. GO BUCKS.

I'm not sure of the players name or if he's on this recruit listing , but I read a article somewhere that said we lost a recruit to I think the Minnesota Gophers.

Here's a good link to all the team pages recruits for 2013 & 2014 http://www.collegehockeynews.com/news/recruits/list.php?s=20122013&td=44

I cant wait for the injured to return to this line up. They miss the Speed that Greco brings to this line up and Jardin coming back at worst will get Martell off the Ice. Oddo will bring some grit and hard work( not that the rest of the guys dont work hard). This schedule is not going to get easier playing Ferris, ND, Michigan and Western plus the Griddy Lake State team again. They are going to have to figure out how to score goals and getting the PP going will help that. I am looking forward to see how this team reacts to losing 6 out of 8 games. They have 2 weeks of practice to get ready for that trip to Ferris which is a very tough building to play in. Coach will be back im sure by Monday to take the reigns again. As far as him leaving for the World Juniors im not sure where i stand on that if he can become a better coach over there and maybe get the word out about Ohio State hockey to steal a recruit or 2 along the way thats great.

Out of curiosity today I called Olympia Entertainment and asked when tickets to the CCHA finals go on sale and found out they're on sale now. Got some really great seats! I would prefer Ohio State to be there but as the last CCHA finals ever I for one don't want to miss out on that party! :D

I hope the BUCKS had a good week of practice and get some well needed rest this weekend. Then get back to hard work at practice & get some wins in the next few weekends. It's not going to happen until the players start playing more TEAM-WORK. Go Bucks Go.

I see the team as 50/50. The Coach has his job to do & the players have there job to do. There both running out of time this year to get it done. This program needs to turn it around now. We better improve with the injured players coming back or it will get UGLY fast. There's only one way to go and that's up. I give it one more month before we can see how the end of the year is going to be like. I'm hoping they all get healthy and PEAK toward the end of the season heading into the playoffs. " Go Bucks Go. Well, he hasn't won here yet, but I fully expect him to. It might just take a little longer than we thought. I just hope he stays long enough to see it through and get us to the next level.

Alright, let's get some chatter going. What are everyone's thoughts on this weekend's trip to Big Rapids? It's certainly a tough venue to open up the second half of the season and try to break our 0-4-2 streak, but the streak has to end somewhere, right? Certainly, this will give us a fair indication as to where this season is heading. Some national pundits gave Coach Oz glowing reviews for his work with the US National Team at the World Junior Championships. Hopefully he can get our program to a level where we are competing for hardware!

That is a very tough "Barn" to play in. They better bring the whole package if they want to get points in Big Rapids this weekend. Getting the PP going would be a great start to getting the offense jump started. With Brady in net you know the score will be with in reach. They have picked up Points in every CCHA weekend to date so dont stop now boys bring home some points.

Well , it's time to get our hockey thinking cap back on for this weekend games. I hope the Bucks had a good two weeks of hard practice & are hungry for some wins. Drop the puck. Go Bucks Go.

saw via JSVO that Krogh is back from his appendectomy and that there's a chance Jardine may be back from his laceration.

Its Game Day! I will be leaving Toledo at noon for Big Rapids. Hoping to see at least 1 victory this weekend.

Re: Ohio State 2013/2014 - Third year in Oz

Nice win tonight for the guys. They played very hard and fought for each and every loose puck. All 3 goals were result of hard work in front of the Ferris net in the first half of the season we saw chances like these go unfinished. Brady was very solid as he has been each time out this year. I thought Ferris played a decent game as well, they had a ton of chances in front of the net but couldnt get to the loose pucks. The defenseman did a great job of blocking shots all night long which took away what i thought could have been some quality scoring chances. I do think the buckeyes left some scoring chances go by the way side. They had break outs and odd man rushes that they passed up shooting trying to make the perfect pass or play. They shot the puck wide on a number of chances near the goal as well. Tomorrow you know Ferris is going to come out flying after losing tonight. Our guys are going to have to continue to block shots but i also would like to see them clear the front of the net better than they tonight Ferris is bound to get to some of those pucks sooner or later if you give them chances.
