Hell, I still drink beer that comes in a 30-pack on occasion :eek: :o

Sometimes it's all about quantity and not quality ;)

Also, LWB, if you know of any places that would carry KBC, I would love to know... I'm gonna be up that way a lot for Salmon fishing this year, so side trips are always possible...

It doesn't even take a bad day... For me, there are just occasions where I know that a hell of a lot of beer will be consumed, and I would rather not pay out the arse for said beer...

I'll go with that.

So I went to Big Top to take advantage of that Balvenie 12YO @ $30, and they were sold out. :( However, that price is good for the whole month, so I still can get a bottle of that at that wondrous price (which I will then save for my buddy's wedding in Aug). :)

Did pick up a bottle of Ommegang Abbey Ale; took a chance on reputation, as I never had it. The clerk asked if I had Ommegang before, and I mentioned the Three Philosophers. He then said, "Ah, very good choice. The Abbey is phenomenal, you'll like it."

So soon I'll be joining 'diva and Hammer in Sipper Saturday, although technically since it's after 5 here it's now just "Saturday."

I just picked up some KBC at Timer's Liquor Store in Racine.

Yep. My stomach is disagreeing with me at the moment though. Apparently I had more beer than I realized. :eek:

I think that means it's bedtime.

mmmmm.... Sam Adams Summer Ale. Been my favorite single beer for years. Had it again tonight. Man that's good stuff.
