Sad what can happen to a successful athlete. Darren McCarty has taken a job (at least as of the broadcast tonight) with the pawn shop in Hardcore Pawn. (And he didn't look very good btw).

Shocking. I wonder what he did with his money. I thought he had enough of a name to appear on something other than Tru TV's feeble attempt to glom off of Pawn Stars.

Yeah, even the Wings finally had enough about 2004 and he became Calgary's problem after the lockout; lost his wife and kids somewhere in there too. He was a mess, until he sobered up and the Wings brought him back for one last run.

Classic trap game for Detroit, plus Lidstrom out with a cold/flu...and they took the bait, hook, line, and sinker in the first.
