Off season notes and news....

Wow. Let me know. Are you allowed to cross the river now?

The golf course is on your side of the river. Ponderosa is on your side of the river. St. Mary's is on your side of the river.

Bayside Cemetery is on my side.

Yeah, I'll be crossing the river.

Once again, proof that the better side, and the side with more national championships, are on our side of the river...

Cool beans. Now he can take courses in culinary arts :)
The question I have is why are the teams at all of their campi named the Wildcats? Wouldn't that be confusing if the Denver campus soccer team played the Rhode Island campus soccer team? In any case I always thought they should have been called the Chefs, and their mascot could be Chef's hat, and their uniforms look like a chef's coat.

I agree, except their uniforms should be black with thin white stripes like chef pants.

Strange that you should mention that.
Denver and Miami are NAIA
Charlotte is club sports (USCAA)

But they all meet for the JWU Cup in soccer Sept 1 & 2 in Providence.

Nope, they keep me in the dark.

Especially in winter when they pile cold storage on top of the dark.

Wonder when the mother page will announce the new JWU coach? Webb/Briggs did an excellent job on the other site.
