Looks like Coach Graham is back on the bench from his trip. Hopefully there are some improvements on the PP.

A first period without a goal against!!! Well they did call one back which i thought should have counted. We are a bigger team tonight and it has made a difference. ND has had to fight off some harder checks. Marshall still a little scary with the puck and leaving things around the net that need a faster clearance. But 0-0 is better than yesterday at this time.

RPI women had a good game today...1-1 tie with New Hampshire...but not much evidence of offensive power on this team.

Faceoffs are even, 10-10. Hayhurst at 3-1, Tironese at 1-3. Wiffen's really struggling at 2-6. Burgess and Jerry both perfect at 2 each.
Shots are RPI 6 - 12 Notre Dame. Yes, a PK will do that to you, but compared to last night, yeesh.

Hailey Miller; she's on the Cross Country team, and grew up with hockey in the Buffalo area. She's doing very well, and there's rumour on the RPI-TV chat that she's trying out the driver's seat during the next women's game.

I was a little surprised it got called back, too. Oglevie definitely went in the crease and I guess took Marshall's stick with him as he went out, so they considered that enough interference to have the goal not count. Definitely need to tighten up back there, and also start to gain some confidence in carrying the puck while advancing. Wilson's looking like the puck's a hot potato out there.

That would be great! The womens' broadcasts have gone downhill (from being the best in the NCAA :)). Video is still good, but I miss Perry's audio.

To be fair, WRPI seems to be a bit lacking in quantity of talent, what with Kurt not doing anymore hockey, Ed and Tom both starting their families, and other graduated commentators moving on with their lives. Joe P and Hailey definitely do well, and glad to have Jeff Morris and Epp around when needed. Obviously more special when you can have current students call games, and I'm glad they've found what they have found.
