I still see the new yellow only versions. Is there something on the user side we can do ?

If you're still seeing the older versions, try clearing your internet cache - either clear them all manually through your Tools menu on your browser, or hold Shift and click the refresh button. The older ones should pop up

We aren't all that fond of the new smilies either; we've put the ones from the previous release back in place.

Hit Shift and then refresh at the same time. It seems you need to do this with each thread- or at least I have had to.

This drives me nuts. I wish they had *fixed* it prior to the season so I could get used to it. I'm too old for this stuff.

Like the new.

Whoa.

Was able to easily shift to women and to items under women.

Always was slow in the past/old; would lie in wait-lurking-for drop down menu [to appear/drop] and then 'hover' there wid my widdle hand so as to catch/hit on Women's Forum (when it eventually came up!)

Often had to do it several times before I got Forum.

And my poor widdle hand ...

Bravo gang!

Expect,yes, I will maybe find some prob's, maybe even miss some features; surely will likely stumble learning here but first impressions very positive!

Also site seems more (very) quick / responsive.

We had some difficulties when we hit our first night of heavy traffic because the cache software we had installed to allow higher traffic did not work as advertised. I immediately started work on installing something that did work at about 2 a.m. Saturday. It has seemed to have done the trick.
