Norwich Hockey - Time to Regroup

[PrezdeJohnson09]

Great first five minutes from Norwich and then it was all Dartmouth for the rest of the first period.

3-0 Big Green after 20 minutes.

Massive crowd for an exhibition game. Almost all the seats filled and tons of people standing.

Respectable 4-2 loss to a top 15 division 1 team for the Cadets.

Based on tonight (in a vacuum)

Norwich is going to be very good this year. Dartmouth is not a top 10/15 team.

I think both are true

Anxious for your expanded thoughts, Flint, particularly on the new contingent.

Impressed by the freshman class. The team as a whole, including them, were not out of place. Not quite same level as Dartmouth, but not that far behind. I think the cadets can have a very good year.
The crowd was huge for an exhibition also. It rivaled playoff crowd sizes during the McShane era.
Speaking oh, talked with M.M. After the game. I won’t repeat his comments other than to say that I do not think he was disappointed.

Interested in Flint’s expanded thoughts, particularly on the new contingent.
