As usual, Yale had their chances, but just does not have that scoring touch a team needs in OT

That's unfortunate but BU's grinding wins out in the end. I think if it's one of the Yale teams from a few years ago this ends differently.

If it is a Yale team with some offensive prowess, the game would have ended differently.

That helps when running for senate but hurts when trying to get fair refs.
BU is a better team but they took a bunch of cheap shots at Lyon none of which called. If you aren't calling those no way you can call 2 penalties vs Yale in last 2:45 of tie game in third period- the second of which was a 50/50 puck and a complete joke.
BU probably didn't need the help, but they sure got it.

Enjoyed the BU-Yale game. A great opening to the tournament.

Apparently you did not notice the cheap shots ylae took at Eichel all game.

Nobody has been able to grab and hold BU like Ylae was allowed to tomight.
Which of course is why Mookie was shocked at the penalty called that carried over into OT
