I just do not want you calling me anti-Semitic. I also want BC to get off their high horse. Yes, you guys are good at hockey (except last year and in the Bean Pot historically). However, being all high and mighty about your area and your school is absolute rubbish.

Well, I guess, but not for the reasons you're making it out to be. We were in Southie, and a college, when we were founded. Then we moved to where we are now. Changing the name of an established school doesn't really make much sense, especially when you consider that we are still partially in Boston.

And UVM fans don't act all high (no pun intended) and mighty? There are UVM fans on one of the other boards that are trying to claim they have a better program than BC just because UVM had a better season than us last year...not to mention I've seen so many UVM fans act all high and mighty when they get in their flame wars with Lowell fans. UVM should be one of the last schools policing fans who act all "high and mighty." North Dakota fans are also saying how much better ND is than Boston. Why don't you tell them to stop acting high and mighty?

I have never been to Grand Forks. But from that statement Grand Forks must be pretty darn cool and have some pretty good green.
FYI I believe it is like 23% of the Vermont population that does not want to be part of the U.S.
Also, to bcfan. You are generalizing. I am not saying UVM has a more successful program. BC is a great team this year and in general. Jerry York is a class act and I respect his accent. I did not participate in those hilarious ULowell fights. Unfortunately, my posts had nothing to do with hockey and more to do with BC in general. That is what you all seemed to be talking about prior to my comments. Unfortunately, I cannot comment much about ND except that I love their physical play and AWESOME jerseys. I do not know much about ND the place nor the school so I refrain from commenting about them. I do know about BC and the place so I figured I would give my insight.
