I get it. You don't usually disappear when you don't get the result you want. Much to our frustration.

And there is no reason for us F'Hawkers to kick Gopher fans when they are down. We've been the kickee too many times. Speedy? Dubber? Yeah. But not the rest of your dimwitted, smelly old bunch.

MN isn't really down. Wisconsin is down. In the old days, there would have been a gophers are going down the tubes thread this morning.

It's true the Gophers aren't anywhere near as down as UW. But they had potential to do some damage in the tournament, I think, and some fans probably are feeling let down. But I never saw them play live, and you almost have to do that to know.

But the tubes take everyone who doesn't win the last game, and there's a lot of company down there.

I expect the average age of forum members goes up 1 year every year. After a big win 15 years ago, there were new drunk college age fans all over here. Now, it's just us.
