Holy sheet. What a spin-o-rama goal in overtime by Gersich last night. Wow.

Great effort by the boys tonight. Gersich with hatty number 2 on the season. Cam with a nice shutout. Boeser was pretty much invisible. Liked the line changes but still need the 3rd and 4th lines to score at least one goal a game. Sure would be nice to see the same intensity tomorrow night.

Two needed wins on the weekend. Cam with two shutouts in a row.

Friday more dominating than Saturday. The young D still learning the ropes. By tourney time I expect them to be much better. Once in awhile you need to have Cam come up big. The team is coming around.

With the exception of the first 6 minutes of the game, Friday's game was a complete domination by UND. Saturday was a closer affair but I don't think UND was ever really in trouble of losing that game either. UND kicked clouds derriere in faceoffs all weekend. Hopefully jan fans can watch their team score next weekend.

Friday was a really good overall game by UND. Saturday was more even and the final result was a large portion of Cam. Nothing much to add beyond the last couple of posts other than it was just really good to see the team get some points. I also think it is important to note that they pretty much held their own against a really good DU squad (and got 2 points). The record so far isn't fantastic, but it isn't bad, and UND has beaten the teams they are "supposed to" up to this point. This team is in far better shape than many years in the recent past when they had to overcome truly bad first half starts to be in the playoff mix come March.

Ugly game. Bad defensive zone turnovers along with bad goaltending lead to a 4-3 loss to s terrible Michigan St team. Team woke up the last 10 minutes but obviously that won't cut it. Expect a totally different team tonight.

Has made the games against good BC and Union teams "must wins." Won't be surprised if this team needs two wins at Target Center next March to reach the tourney.

Defense has no clue how to move the puck up. Look like rec players.

Not sure how many UND fans are going but I know you guys travel well. I am going down and looking forward to another BC/UND matchup.

After a hot streak BC has come down to earth with recent losses to HU and UM. BC lost one of their best players in Fitzgerald for at least a month and gutted out an OT win with seconds left 2-1 on a shorthanded goal against NU. NU had beaten Minnesota, then in turn the Gophs beat BC on their recent trip east.

BC is playing 20 underclassmen after the big exit of last years team who left early to sign contracts.

But we still have experienced upper classmen to lead the team.

I didn't know what to expect from this young team but they're doing better than most people expected.

I suspect UND lost a lot too from last years team.

BTW, our football is terrible but with a 6-6 record, they're still going to a bowl.

Now that was one entertaining college hockey game. Huge win by UND over BC. The Garden was over run by Sioux fans. Announcers said at least 8000 in the stands. Jost with 2 beauty's and Johnson kept them in the game in the first period when BC dominated. Hopefully this is the type of game to get this team going moving forward.
