Re: Nice Plant #7: Get me off of this planet

"Indiana's news leader"?

Note the "Columbus" in question is Columbus, INDIANA (about 30 south of Indianapolis and 20 east of Bloomington) so the story coming from "Indiana's news leader" (an Indianapolis station) makes sense.

PS - That story, and all you can ping on is a TV station's catch-phrase?

One of the many meaningless slogans peddled by consultants. And adopted by local stations to improve their bottom lines. Increasingly, the concepts of accurately reporting the news in a timely fashion have given way to being "on your side" and other twerpy concepts. Local TV news, outside of the top 5 or 10 markets, sucks.

By God, you're right. Indiana will be under Sharia Law by Chris--, er, Ramadan.

Assuming the graffiti is the product of jihadists (which I don't) they're evidently ignorant jihadists. Back in the glory days of the Klan, with tens of thousands of hooded dumasses parading in Washington, Indiana was the epicenter of Klan activity in America. Things could get ugly. Quickly.
