Interesting. Apparently all negative effects of child abuse have healed themselves by the time you're 48, so we don't have to care about victims older than that.

How has the church not learned that covering for these creeps is bad business? And so openly??? Insane.

Moorhead man accused of wiping feces on fiancée

FARGO – Police here arrested a Moorhead man who allegedly wiped feces on his fiancée’s face during an argument early today.

Sgt. Mark Lykken said the engaged couple got into an argument about money while the man was using the bathroom.

The man allegedly reached into the commode and grabbed feces and wiped it on the woman’s face, he said.

The woman’s son attempted to call 911, but the man allegedly grabbed the phone and stopped him, Lykken said.

Police met the woman at a different location and then went to the residence and arrested David Kenneth Neil, 38, on suspicion of interfering with a 911 call, a felony, Lykken said.

Neil was taken to the Cass County Jail. It’s possible he could face an assault charge, Lykken said.

The incident was reported at 3:05 a.m. in the 1600 block of 34th Avenue South.

At least they have good follow through on their swing.

I guess I kinda see their point, though - I mean, if a priest rapes a young boy, then he's not celibate, right? So celibate priests are clearly not the issue.... :rolleyes:

Isn't it the current Pope that came up with their thing about no talking by either the perpetrator and the victim for ten years after the victim has become an adult on the threat of excommunication?
