Re: Nice Planet 5: Insert Catchy Title Here

Kennedy pig Michael Skakal's conviction for beating Martha Moxley to death with a golf club is over turned.

Ever ready with the Kennedy hagiography, CNN weighs in with a list of "Kennedy family tragedies." I should think beating Martha Moxley's brains out with a Tony Lima golf club would count as a Moxley family tragedy. And the death of Mary Jo Kopechne at the hands of that drunken sybarite Ted Kennedy would similarly more accurately be described as a Kopechne family tragedy.

What is it, 38 years since the murder? If they do have a retrial-how many witnesses from back then are alive and if they are, how competent will they be to testify at their now advancing ages?

Apparently the appeal was based on "ineffectiveness of council." Looks like the prosecution's going to do what it can to get the ruling over turned. As you say, retyring that slob would be difficult. Recall, that Kennedy family clout kept that punk from being brought to justice for decades.

Ineffective assistance of counsel is the last thing one would expect when the Defendant is named Kennedy. One of those Kennedys. They've retained a lot of defense counsel over the years, and usually the best that money can buy. Maybe the guy failed to recognize that his client was a slicer, not a hooker.

I think the trial was delayed about 25 years the first time. Liberty and justice for all.....

Re: Nice Planet 5: Insert Catchy Title Here

Meet the WH Obamabot who spread the untrue story about a Republican leader telling Neville "I can't even stand to look at you." His name is Rob Nabors, although I doubt he's from Mayberry. This story, while being denied by the WH (including Carney), is useful in ginning up "the base." That's why pinhead Dick Durbin, running in Illinois, is flogging it. Maybe he's not doing as well as we would assume. Add it to the list: police "acting stupidly," "If I had a son, he'd look like Trayvon," etc. Democrat Lofo voters love this sh*t.

Pinhead Illinois senator Dick Durbin is a liar. His claim that a Republican house leader told Obama to his face "I can't even stand to look at you," has been denied--by the White House. JJjr & Bobby Rush voters will doubtless side with Durbin, which is why he said it--they'll believe anything.

Isn't it discouraging when voters believe whatever is spoon fed to them by the someone with an agenda that mirrors their leanings?

:(

Re: Nice Planet 5: Insert Catchy Title Here

I'd dress up as the school Dean and run around slapping everyone with a ruler... (Then again, that might be a fantasy of someone, so I guess that violates the whole "Sexual costume" mandate...)

Back in the old days (before PC types and religious nutballs did their best to ruin Halloween) a standard home made kid costume was to dress like a hobo. Wear Uncle Ted's old fedora and baggy pants, carry a bindle and mark your face with burnt cork to simulate a beard. Remember? Not no more.

At my grade school, after the trick or treating, we'd have a little Halloween fair, with a bonfire! Holy moly.

Maybe you could dress up as a "community organizer," with a satchel full of money and register illegals to vote.

As your rant was down to your usual hypocritical standards.

Don't forget racist. Because those two pathetic slime balls are all you got. Just so we're clear, you think lying and normal politicking are the same? In the case at hand either somebody said what Durbin says he said or he didn't. And if he didn't (as the WH says) that makes Durbin a liar (or a fool). Especially since he's "sticking by his story," even after the WH denial. And in your mind, that's the same as ordinary political rhetoric?
