She may have been the one who placed the "anonymous" call to CPS. Or she may not have been home when it happened. If she's at all culpable she'll face charges.

And an extremely uncurious person. Every time she went out to buy some crack, the kid suffered a fracture. Go figure. Although it's "possible" she may have ratted her boy friend out. I'd say it's more likely that she'd be named to the next astronaut training class. In my experience, these babes usually value the dik more than they do the lives of their children.
