You are fined one credit for a violation of the Verbal Morality Statute.

IIRC, DM was partially based off of real life events in LA (for example, the rapid expansion of Taco Bell everywhere.)

Not to mention, they thought the LA Riots would expand into absolute anarchy. It is a clear indication of what will happen if we continue to let these nannies gain power, though.

If there's a God this worthless piece of shat gets a shiv after becoming Bubba's honey.

Wearing a T-shirt with "killer" scrawled across it, a teenager cursed and gestured obscenely as he was given three life sentences Tuesday for shooting to death three students in an Ohio high school cafeteria.

Speaking of worthless, the TSA does it again.

An active-duty Marine who lost both his legs to an Improvised Explosive Device was humiliated by TSA agents after he was forced to remove his prosthetic legs and was then ordered to stand so agents could inspect his wheelchair for explosives.

I haven't followed this too closely, so I'm pretty unfamiliar with the details. I've seen the pic of her passed out (which is pretty d*mning in and of itself), but I have to assume the convicts weren't anywhere near what you would call "blasmed"?

Even if they were, it's pretty hard not to convict here. The fact they were tried as juveniles despite being in their late teens and accused of such a heinous crime strikes me as a bit odd.
It's generally tough to get teens charged as adults for anything short of murder or manslaughter. In this case, there's talk that the people of Steubenville wouldn't have been likely to convict had these teenagers been charged as adults.

Follow up to that, the girl who was raped started receiving bodily harm threats since the verdict came down on Sunday. Charges have ensued.
A 16-year-old girl is charged with one misdemeanor count of aggravated menacing for threatening the victim's life, according to the Ohio attorney general's office. A 15-year-old is accused of misdemeanor menacing for threatening the girl with bodily harm.

Sheriff Fred Abdalla said Monday that the girls had not yet been formally charged, but would be.

They were being held in the county's juvenile lockup pending a hearing Tuesday, according to Fred Abdalla Jr., chief probation officer for the Jefferson County Juvenile Court.

Three life sentences? What, are they going to revive him twice?

I'll repeat the legend: As a young assistant DA in Harris County, Congressman Ted Poe, in his summation in a capital murder case, told the jury "we should give this dude death by lethal injection and dig him up every 5 years for a booster shot."

If it were possible, I'd say this punk is a candidate for the wood chipper in "Fargo."

Such a sad world we live in.

The local cops should be monitoring those ankle bracelets. Naturally, it's been dumbed down and farmed out.

It's more of a "cry wolf" situation. The alarm goes off when it hits something causing the signal to cut out, as is described in there. The signal momentarily cut out, and they thought it was the same thing.

Brings to mind a classic Monty Python line, "If looks could kill, that judge would have been in for 600 years."
