Re: Nice Planet 2012

People who trade with Chick-fil-a "deserve" cancer. Just wondering: does that include the children?

Nope. Just the homophobic breeders. This whole brouhaha is just further proof to the idea that the tolerance crowd is only tolerant when you agree with them.

Re: Nice Planet 2012

Nope. Wouldn't want to hurt their feelings by making them obey laws.

George Will once said only in America would you hear the phrase: "lawyers for the homeless." Well now maybe we can add "illegal alien lawyers" to the list. To have non-citizens, no matter how sympathetic their personal stoires, as "officers of the court," working in our legal system defies description. Trust me, it's going to happen. Coming soon: illegals voting in municipal elections (it's already been suggested).

As we eliminate the legal and procedural differences between citizens and non-citizens, what would be the point of becoming a citizen? No more taking that pesky test.

And none of those pesky responsibilities, like signing up for the draft or worldwide income tax.

They weren't unionized before? I thought that's how they kept their jobs while failing at it.

I guess not. Knowing that the union will have their backs, it's just plain unreasonable to assume the "standards of service" will go down. Nah. Never happen. Firing one of these hacks is about to become as tough as firing a hack teacher in NYC. I feel safer already, don't you?
