Yeah, there are a lot of disgusting people out there. I take some solace that quite a few of them are bots. These vile posts will continue for a bit. Tweets with "NHL" and "Dumba" are on their radar now.

So on both sides, #5 is out- Pittsburgh in the east and Edmonton in the west are both out in 4 games. I was going to say something for the Original 6, but the Red Wings didn't bother flying this season, and Toronto is, well, Toronto- not looking good facing elimination to the Jackets.

If results hold, there's a 50% chance that a team that wouldn't have even been part of the lottery will get the #1 pick.

Why the literal reseeding for the first round? Technically we are now in the actual "Playoffs" while the qualifiers were just part of the "postseason", but it seems so random to drop 9-12 from the rankings. It's not like everyone will receive a new 1-4 seed in the second round.
